Residents' Society Fees

Each household is required to pay Residents' Society fees.    The Olivers Mill Residents' Society fees contribute to certain maintenence costs wtihin the Olivers Mill boundary and the administration costs of running the Society (such as legal fees and insurances) .


In addition, every household in the village pays fees to the New Ash Green Village Association (VA).  Details of these fees are avaiable on the VA website www.nagval.com


Council Tax is also payable to Sevenoaks District Council.

Residents' Society Fees for Olivers Mill

There are just two tiers of fees for Residents of Olivers Mill.   They are currently:


3 bedroom houses - £94.16 per quarter

4 bedroom houses - £103.33 per quarter


The fees are due at the start of each quarter in advance on 1st January

                                                                                               1st April

                                                                                               1st July

                                                                                               1st October


Please make your fees by bank transfer/standing order where possible.   Please contact us for the details you need.


Payments may also be made by cheque and posted in the Olivers Mill mail box, in the lobby at the Village Association offices in Centre Road.  Cheques should be made payable to 'Olivers Mill Residents Society Ltd'.


If you are having difficulty making your payments or are concerned that you may not be paying the correct amount, please do get in touch with us at the earliest opportunity.   You can use the 'Contact' form on this website or drop a note into the mail box at the Village Association offices as above.   It would be helpful if you would provide contact telephone numbers for you.  Please remember to confirm your house number.


Please note that the fees are changing, effective April 1st 2024.  They are:


3 bedroom houses  - £98.87 per quarter 

4 bedroom houses -  £108.50 per quarter




AGM 2022


The AGM date 2022 took place as planned on Thursday August 25th 2022



The AGM was attended by 4 members of the Committee and residents representing 3 households.


All attending Committee members were re-elected at the meeting.


There has been no increase in the Residents' Fees.


The minutes of the AGM will be delivered to each house with the accounts next year.

AGM 2023


The AGM date 2023 took place as planned in November 2023.


The AGM was attended by all 4 members of the Committee and residents representing 3 households.


All attending Committee members were re-elected at the meeting.


There has been a 5% increase in the Residents' Fees, effective April 1st 2024


The minutes of the AGM will be delivered to each house with the accounts before the 2024 AGM later in the year.
