Olivers Mill is a neighbourhood in the village of New Ash Green, Kent. We are made up of 72 homes, with a mix of three and four bedroom houses.

The green spaces and land in the neighbourhood are looked after by the Olivers Mill Residents Society, who do this on behalf of the land owners, New Ash Green Village Association Limted (VA). It’s all part of keeping the area a tidy and pleasant place to live.

Each property owner on Olivers Mill is a member of the Residents Society and holds one share in the Olivers Mill Residents Society Limited. Share Certificates are issued to new owners a few weeks after completing the purchase and are surrendered at the time of completing any subsequent sale of that property.
